Little Adele came into our care from Ireland. She is about 22 inches to the shoulder and of a very slight build.
She is young, maybe 2 or 3 years at most. She is housetrained and clean in her house.
Adele will go in a crate and sleep quietly through the night.
She is in foster with other sighthounds and gets along just fine with them.
She does love to play and would enjoy another dog to have fun with – but think that she could be an only dog but would, in that case, would love lots of toys and she would like her human around most of the day.
Her foster mommy says…
Gotta say, Adele is being pretty much the perfect house guest and I think she is much homeable to most situations and would probably be an easy first lurcher. We went up to Burnham Beeches yesterday – must have been there scores of times as we have friends in the area but instead of heading towards The Mire as we usually do, we took the main trail west from the car park and then came back on the paths through the woods. It was delightfully cool under the trees and Adele eventually exhausted herself after personally greeting about a hundred strangers. Now she knows what the Queen must feel like after a day’s handshaking.
Adele is in foster in Surrey. No cats. Children over 10 is she tends to jump up on first greeting.
