Raisa is about 6 years old. She came from our good friends at Galgos en Familia in Spain.
She is a lovely friendly dog and loves her cuddles.
Raisa has been returned to us because of her owners rapldly failing eyesight.
Her foster mom says......
If you are looking for an affectionate, easy going Galga, Raisa is the dog for you. She has no fear of humans, is great with other dogs and loves children. Clean in the house and undemanding. An easy addition to any family.
The majority of the day she is happy snoozing next to you on the sofa, just be prepared for approx 2.5mins of madness before and after food. Raisa loves her food, making her easy to train. She also loves a quick zoomie or two each day, preferably with a friend. She can be an only dog, but will need friends to meet and play with regularly.
Raia walks wonderfully on the lead but likes to stop at each tree or lamp post for a good sniff! The world is really interesting to her. She happily greets other dogs and people with a strong wagging tail.
But most of all, Raisa just wants someone to love her, sit next to her on the sofa, scratch her neck and show her the love she deserves. If there’s a sunny spot in your garden she will find it and soak up the rays. She’s even happier if you want to join her.
What a fantastic example of a family dog and lifelong companion
Raisa is in foster in Dorset.
She is NOT cat friendly but is fine with smaller dogs.
